Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in dismissal from the event without refund.

By participating in the Unity FC event, you grant Unity FC and domletics the right to use your Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) in future marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, and print materials. If you do not wish to grant this permission, please inform us prior to the event.

Participants acknowledge that soccer involves inherent risks of injury. By signing up, they agree to release and hold harmless Unity FC and Domletics, their staff, coaches, and volunteers from any liability for injuries sustained during the event.

Participants (or their guardians, if minors) authorize Unity FC and Domletics to seek medical treatment in case of an emergency and agree to provide emergency contact information.

• Full Refund: Available up until July 11, 2025, less a $35 administrative fee.
• Partial Refund: Available up until July 16, 2025, where participants can receive 50% of their registration fee back, less a $35 administrative fee.
• Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled due to inclement weather or unplayable field conditions (City of Surrey closure policy), all paid registrants will be eligible for a full refund, less the $35 administrative fee.

By registering for the Unity FC event with domletics, participants (or their guardians, if under 18) acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in the sign-up form and associated materials. This includes, but is not limited to, the Injury Waiver and Release of Liability, NIL and Photography/Video Release, Refund Policy, and Behavioral Expectations. Participants understand that their registration constitutes an agreement to abide by these terms throughout the duration of the event. Any violation of these terms may result in dismissal from the event without refund.
