Individual Training provides personalized coaching designed to focus on specific areas of a player’s development.

Sessions may focus on areas such as:

Working one-on-one with a coach allows players to receive detailed feedback and individualized training exercises.

Partner Training

Shared intensity. Purposeful competition.

Partner Training allows two players to train together while still receiving focused coaching.

This environment combines individualized instruction with competitive training situations.

Sessions may include:

  • small competitive scenarios
  • position-specific work
  • decision-making exercises

$190 / 60-minute session (2 players)

Development That Extends Beyond Team Training

These sessions are designed to complement structured training environments rather than replace them.

Many players combine these sessions with participation in Performance Training Blocks, which provide consistent small-group development over multiple weeks.

  • 8-week training blocks

  • small groups of 4–6 players
