🩷 LOYALTY ACCESS & RETURNING PLAYER EXPECTATIONS

Complimentary access is available for: 2025 Unity FC League1 rostered players, 2025 Unity2 rostered players and current SU × U rostered MWSL/FVSL players.

This ID Session serves as an opportunity to be identified for further evaluation and potential invitation into Unity FC’s high-performance environments.

  • Attendance is optional for returning players
  • Participation is encouraged for any player seeking additional evaluation or future pathway opportunities
  • All players must complete registration to be considered and tracked



💬 FAQs

Unity FC’s League1 ID Session is designed to evaluate ambitious athletes for potential placement within our League1 BC Men’s and Women’s programs, Unity2 squads, and high-performance training environments. Athletes will be assessed across technical, tactical, physical, and mental performance pillars, with European academy influence from German coaches.

This session is open to:

  • Women & Men aged 17+
  • Exceptional U17 players (by application & technical approval)
  • Athletes seeking a pathway into League1 BCUnity2, or Unity FC’s high-performance development environment.

Please note: space is limited to ensure a quality evaluation environment.

Athletes will participate in:

  • Athletic testing
  • Technical + tactical evaluation
  • Small-sided and full-field scrimmage assessments
  • Observation by Unity FC technical staff and German academy coaches

This is a high-performance environment — athletes should arrive prepared to train and compete at their highest level.

  • Appropriate footwear for artificial turf
  • Shin guards (mandatory)

  • Personal identification (optional, if requested)

Bib and training equipment will be supplied by Unity FC.

Yes. The ID Session is open to all players across the Lower Mainland. Participation does not represent any conflict with current club registration, nor does it imply commitment beyond the event.

Unity FC is a pathway club, and this session provides evaluation opportunities for athletes from all playing backgrounds.

Yes — all athletes must register to secure their spot.

Returning Unity FC League1 players, Unity2 athletes, and SU × U program players may attend at no cost, but registration remains required for staffing and planning.

Participation in soccer training and matches involves inherent risks including injury, illness, or accident.

I voluntarily assume all such risks and release and hold harmless Unity Football Club (Unity Athletic Clubs Ltd., All-In Sports Entertainment), City of Surrey, and their directors, officers, employees, coaches, agents, sponsors, partners, and volunteers (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims arising from participation, including those due to negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I authorize emergency medical treatment if required and accept responsibility for any associated costs.

I certify that the participant is physically fit and able to safely participate. I will follow Event rules and staff instructions and will notify organizers of any injury or illness before or during the Event.

I authorize Unity FC to photograph, film, or otherwise record the Participant during Unity FC programming and to use any photographs or media of the Participant that I upload, submit, or provide to Unity FC, including images in which the Participant may be wearing other club or team apparel.

I authorize Unity FC to use the Participant’s name, image, likeness, voice, and any club/team affiliation for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes in any media format, worldwide and in perpetuity.

I confirm that I am the legal rights holder for the Participant’s name, image, and likeness (NIL), and that no approval is required from any club, academy, or organization for this consent.

I waive any right to inspect or approve materials in which the Participant appears and understand that no compensation will be provided.

All participants must demonstrate professionalism, respect, and sportsmanship.

Unity FC reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior without refund.

Unity FC commits significant resources to field rentals, international coach travel, apparel, and staffing in advance of the ID Session. For that reason, no refunds. Transfers allowed 48 hours prior. Full refund (minus transaction fees) only if event is cancelled.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia.

Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Surrey, BC.

By agreeing and completing the player registration form, I confirm that I have read and understood these terms and acknowledge that I am waiving certain legal rights.

If the participant is under 18, I am their parent or guardian and agree on their behalf.

Unity FC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide.

Information collected through registration — including participant name, contact details, medical information, and emergency contacts — is used solely for the purpose of event administration, communication, safety, and performance tracking during the Unity FC ID Session.

We will never sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information may be shared only with authorized staff, coaches, and medical personnel involved in event operations, and only as needed to ensure participant safety and event delivery.

All data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for event records or as required by law.

By registering, you consent to this limited use of personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws.
