Unity FC is looking for an energetic and knowledgeable Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our Player Development team. In this role, you will work directly with ambitious soccer players aged 12–22, designing and delivering tailored strength and conditioning programs that help them perform at their best. You’ll lead dynamic warm-up and activation sessions, support youth camps and combines, and collaborate closely with our technical staff to ensure each player’s physical development aligns with their Individual Development Plan. This position is ideal for a coach who is passionate about the game, understands the demands of soccer, and can inspire young athletes to develop strong, lasting performance habits.

This role involves delivering high-quality 1-on-1 and small group training, leading youth camps and combines, and collaborating with our technical staff to build and track Individual Development Plans.
