 Summer Performance Training

8 weeks. Small groups. Consistent improvement.

This program is for players who want to keep improving over the summer instead of starting from zero in the fall.

Training is built around real summer schedules so players can stay consistent while managing vacations and other commitments.

 What’s Included in the Training Block

  • 8 training weeks (June–August)
  • Small groups (6–8 players)
  • 1x or 2x per week options
  • Morning and evening sessions available
  • Groups formed by age and level
  • Position-specific training available (outfield + goalkeeping)
  • Led by Unity FC coaches

  • The schedule is built to work around long weekends and peak travel periods.

Build (Early Summer)

 Training Schedule

2x Per Week

  • 16 sessions

  • $1,050 early / $1,250 standard

1x Per Week

  • 8 sessions

  • $625

Flexible options available if needed.

 Training Times

Morning

  • 8:30–9:30 AM

  • 9:30–10:30 AM

  • 10:30–11:30 AM

Evening

  • 5:00–6:00 PM

  • 6:00–7:00 PM

Please note training time preference, however final group times will be scheduled based on age, gender and skill.

 🧤 Goalkeeping Training

Goalkeepers train in small groups with position-specific coaching.

  • handling

  • decision-making

  • game situations

Goalkeepers may train in goalkeeper-only groups or join outfield sessions where appropriate.

Because training groups are intentionally kept small, registration spaces are limited and enrollment is committed to the full 8-week block.

Please ensure your player is available for the majority of the training block before registering.
