Final Four Weeks

Small Groups. Purposeful Coaching. Finish Summer Strong.

The Summer Performance Training block is underway, but ambitious players can still join us for the final four training weeks.

Whether your player wants consistent weekly development, additional preparation before the fall season or a focused session while available, flexible entry options are now available.

 Four Weeks to Build Momentum

The final weeks of summer provide an important opportunity to sharpen technique, rebuild consistency and prepare for the upcoming fall season.

Players can join for:

    • Eight sessions over four weeks
    • Four sessions over four weeks
    • Individual drop-in sessions

Training is delivered in small groups and organized by age, level and developmental needs.

No previous participation in the summer block is required.

  • The schedule is built to work around long weekends and peak travel periods.

 What Players Will Work On

The final four weeks move into the Perform phase of the summer training block.

Sessions may include:

  • First touch and ball mastery
  • Speed of play
  • Decision-making
  • One-versus-one situations
  • Small-group combinations
  • Position-specific development
  • Execution under pressure
  • Game-realistic situations
  • Confidence and consistency

Training priorities may be adjusted based on the age, level and needs of each group.

8 Sessions (2x per week)

4 Sessions (1x per week)

Drop-in Individual or Partner

$125 before tax

Your registration secures a place in the upcoming training block.

 Training Times

Morning

  • 8:30–9:30 AM
  • 9:30–10:30 AM
  • 10:30–11:30 AM

Evening

  • 5:00–6:00 PM
  • 6:00–7:00 PM

Players may indicate their preferred time during registration. Final placement will be based on age, level, gender where appropriate and available group capacity.

 🧤 Goalkeeping Training

Goalkeepers train in small groups with position-specific coaching.

Goalkeepers may train in goalkeeper-only groups or join outfield sessions where appropriate.

 Who This Is For

The final four weeks are designed for players who:

    • Want additional development beyond team training
    • Are preparing for the fall season
    • Want more repetitions and individual feedback
    • Need to rebuild rhythm following travel or time away
    • Want a focused technical environment before returning to club programming
    • Are looking for small-group training with experienced Unity FC coaches

Players may participate while registered with another club. Unity FC Performance Training is designed to complement existing team environments.

Players who enter the fall season with confidence, rhythm and consistency give themselves a better chance to perform from the beginning.

The final four weeks provide enough time to create meaningful momentum.

Players do not need to have participated in the earlier weeks of the program.

 What Comes Next

Summer Performance Training leads directly into Unity FC Fall Performance Training beginning in September.

Players interested in continuing their development through the fall will be able to train consistently in small groups while managing their existing club commitments.
