*Membership begins with a minimum three-month commitment. A $50 one-time Unity Performance Training Kit is required upon joining. Following the initial commitment, membership continues month-to-month with 30 days’ notice required for cancellation. Applicable taxes additional.
Small Groups. Big Development.
Unity Performance is intentionally built around small training groups.
Small enough for coaches to see the player, provide meaningful feedback and work on individual details.
Large enough to create pressure, competition, decision-making and game-like situations.
Groups are formed around age, ability, current environment, developmental needs, position where appropriate, and availability.
Most Performance groups are designed around 6–8 players, with larger groups used where appropriate for the age, level and coach.
Membership availability is limited by appropriate training-group capacity.

Training groups are activated based on player demand and appropriate group formation.
When applying, families select their preferred Home Ground and availability. Unity uses that information to build the most appropriate available training groups.
*A preferred Home Ground is a request until the player’s placement has been confirmed.
How Membership Works
1. Apply
Tell us about your player, their current environment, development goals, availability and preferred Home Ground.
2. We Review
Unity reviews each application to understand where the player may fit best.
3. We Build Your Group
Players are placed with others based on age, level, developmental needs, location and availability.
4. We Offer Membership
Once an appropriate placement is available, Unity confirms the training group and sends the family their Performance Membership offer.
5. Start Developing
Accept your membership, complete payment and begin training with your assigned Unity Performance group.

Unity then confirms an appropriate training placement based on group fit and available capacity.
Yes.
Memberships begin with a three-month commitment. After that, membership continues month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Player absences do not normally result in make-up sessions or credits.
Where Unity cancels a scheduled training session, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate replacement session or resolution.
All new Performance members purchase a $50 Unity Performance Training Kit upon joining. Replacement kits due to loss/stolen will result in another $50 Unity Performance Training Kit purchase.
Players who remain Performance Membership members beyond 12 months consecutively will receive an updated kit at no additional charge.
