STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


  1. Acceptance of Terms: By using the Unity FC website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website.
  2. Payment Terms: 
    1. All payments for Unity FC products and services are due immediately upon purchase unless otherwise specified. 
    2. Late payments may incur a fixed interest charge of 10% after the due date. Unity FC reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
  4. Debt Recovery: 
    1. In case of outstanding payments exceeding sixty (60) days, Unity FC may engage the services of a debt recovery company. The client is responsible for all associated legal expenses.
  6. Withholding at Source: 
    1. Unity FC is not responsible for any withholding at source applied by a country on invoice amounts. Clients must pay any withholding tax to the relevant tax authorities.
  8. Service Performance: 
    1. Unity FC strives to deliver high-quality services within agreed timeframes, but it does not guarantee specific results. 
    2. Unity FC cannot be compelled to act as a third party in any consumer claims against the client.
  10. Claims and Notifications: 
    1. Clients must notify Unity FC of any claims or disputes within 8 days of product delivery or service provision. Notifications must be sent via recorded delivery to Unity FC's registered office.
  12. Governing Law: 
    1. All contractual relations between Unity FC and clients are governed exclusively by the laws of British Columbia.
  14. Waiver of Standard Terms: 
    1. Clients explicitly waive their own standard terms and conditions, and any deviations must be agreed upon in writing in advance to be valid.
  16. Modification of Terms: 
    1. Unity FC reserves the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
