Unity FC Adult Performance Pathway
The Unity FC Adult Performance Pathway is being developed to create meaningful opportunities for ambitious players continuing beyond youth football.
As part of that vision, Unity FC is currently evaluating demand for two proposed competitive environments for the 2026–27 Fall/Winter season:

Why the Adult Performance Pathway?
For many ambitious players, youth football ends before their ambition does.
The Adult Performance Pathway is being developed to bridge the gap between youth football and higher levels of the game by creating meaningful competitive environments for players who want to continue training, competing and pursuing new opportunities.
Whether your ambition is to compete in Unity FC's BC Premier League First Teams, play university soccer, or pursue professional and international opportunities, the Adult Performance Pathway is designed to help players continue progressing.
If launched, the proposed Men's Premier (FVSL) and Women's Premier (MWSL) environments will be operated by Unity FC and form part of the club's long-term football development ecosystem.
